Doesn’t even deserve 1 star…but went to this location a few days ago, normally am helped by James…he always gave me the highest priority and the best customer service. Haven’t seen him recently and now I get the worst customer service EVER. Definitely don’t recommend this location anymore. Smh DO BETTER!!!
James went above and beyond to help me figure out exactly what inventory I needed to fix my new (used) vehicle. He told me about the auto zone app, rewards & made sure to let me know specials on bundling things. From greeting me right when I walked in to, even carrying the bags and rotors I purchased to my vehicle for me. Wonderful customer service, will definitely be back soon! Thanks James! 😊😊😊
This store is weird. Some have no knowledge of their products, car parts and etc.
they all look depressed in that store. At least play some music through the store for the customers or the employees to get them moving and in a good mood & not be awkward.
John Flores the DM. You need to do better and live a little. Stop taking your job so serious making your employees miserable while you’re always on “vacation”.
Refused to honor their three year warranty on battery, telling me their employee must have put my phone number in wrong so they couldn’t find the record of the sale. Since my roadside assistance had given me a jump to get to the store, I had to buy a new one to go home. They acted like this was a common occurrence that customer phone numbers are entered incorrectly.
Amazing customer service, Joanna and Evan hooked it up, changed my bulbs for me no charge helped me find everything I need
Very helpful staff that put in my much needed new battery. I'm an out of Towner, so it was great having this done for me.
This location always has the nicest employees who are willing to help you figure out exactly what you need. I know when I visit this location I will get excellent service and aid changing parts out under the hood if I need!
Please speak with Corporate about the return policy. The other part stores take items back with only your phone number. Everything is vitual anyways why not make easier for everyone to return items through your phone number. Receipts tend to get lost. Please have corporate look into the return policy.
